Return Policy

Due to the nature of skincare products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used products.

Unopened products may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of an error on our part.

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund to your account.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or due to an order fulfillment error.
